Sewing

We offer a full range of sewing services with high-tech automated industrial machines. Our detail-oriented sewers provide accurate straight-stitching and precision seams, hems and finishes using high-quality UV resistant thread. Our machines work well with awning fabrics, PVC and all medium to heavy-weight fabrics.

Welding

In addition to traditional sewing, we provide a full range of seaming or welding options for your PVC, clear/transparent PVC and other materials. Our technicians deliver precise High Frequency (HF) welding for tarpaulins, truck and pool covers, sunbeds and other types of sun protection and cover applications.

ACP Cutting & Grooving

We undertake the cutting and grooving of aluminium composite panels (ACP) widely used in building facades works and the advertising industry. Our machine can accommodate panels up to 6m in width and with various thicknesses and cut and groove with horizontal and vertical precision blades.

Assembly & Installation

We carry out assembly of the full range of awnings and rolling garage doors and shutters according to your customer’s specifications. Upon request, we provide installation services of the finished products—awnings, vertical awnings and other shading systems—that we assemble in our warehouse.
